Upsellpro Shopify provides a software-as-a-service platform. Features and pricing may change with notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by Greenbelt Ventures LLC. Your data remains yours.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
